Sorted FNQ (a trading name of NorthEdge Automations, ABN 70 686 798 097) helps people in Cairns and surrounds find a local operator for jobs like gutter cleaning.

What we collect

When you ask for a price we collect your first name, mobile, suburb, optional email, your answers about the job, and any notes you add. We also record which ad or link brought you to us.

Why we collect it

To get you a price and booking for the job you asked about, to text or email you about that job, and to check how well our ads work.

Who we share it with

We pass your details to one independent local gutter cleaning operator so they can contact you, quote and book the job. That operator is responsible for the work. We do not sell your details to anyone else or use them for unrelated marketing.

We use trusted service providers to run our website, forms, texts and email. They store data for us and may be outside Australia.

Messages

We only text or email you about the job you asked about. Reply STOP or ask us at any time and we'll stop.

How long we keep it

We keep lead details for up to 2 years, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Access, correction and complaints

To see, fix or delete your details, or to complain, email jarrah@northedgeautomations.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
